We're making some changes
What’s changing?
You’ll need to set a new, stronger password (minimum 16 characters). This will apply to
both web portal and the mobile app users.
Web Portal
On the week of June 30th, 2025, the portal will switch to the new login system.
You can create your new login details right now by clicking the "Log in" button on this page and selecting "Create an account".
After June 30th, 2025, the old login won’t work — so don’t skip this step!
Mobile App
A new version of the app launches on the week of June 30th, 2025. It requires your new password. The current version will keep working for a one month transition period — then it will stop working. Be sure to use the same email you use now. Using a different one will create a new account and won’t carry over your existing setup. We recommend updating sooner than later to avoid any disruption.

- click the "Log in" button at the top right of this page to get started...
- once verified, you can use your new log in details on this page using the same "Log in" button if you are an admin, or;
- if you're an app user, you can use your new details on the app released on the week of June 30th, 2025
- the old version of the app and portal will continue running until July 31st, 2025
